WalletVerdict is operated by Shoppers Smart LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how WalletVerdict collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, API, Telegram bot, WhatsApp bot, reports, and operations tools.
Information we collect
Account and access information, such as email address, Google sign-in/session identity, team role, notification preferences, Telegram chat ID, WhatsApp user ID, and language preference.
Operational inputs and outputs, such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, expected transaction details, labels, counterparty records, cases, watchlist entries, risk reports, source-health metadata, audit events, API keys, webhook configuration, and embed settings.
Billing and service metadata, such as Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, checkout status, plan, server logs, rate-limit records, webhook delivery logs, and support communications.
How we use information
To provide wallet and transaction clearance checks, generate evidence records, manage watchlist alerts, run daily digests, support maker/checker workflows, and operate API or partner embeds.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits and plan limits, debug outages, verify webhook signatures, and maintain audit trails for operational decisions.
To communicate with you about setup, support, billing, security, service changes, and deletion or access requests.
Service providers and third parties
WalletVerdict uses infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, databases, Google sign-in, Cloudflare, Telegram, WhatsApp/Meta Cloud API, Stripe, email/SMS providers, and public blockchain or risk-data services as needed to provide the product.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or to complete a transaction you request.
Retention
Reports, cases, watchlist entries, audit logs, and billing records are retained while your account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute handling, accounting, and compliance.
You can request deletion using https://walletverdict.com/data-deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate operational audit history.
Your choices
You can disconnect Telegram or WhatsApp notification IDs in setup, stop using the bots, revoke API keys or webhooks, and request account or personal-data deletion.
To access, correct, export, or delete personal information, contact compliance@walletverdict.com or use the instructions at https://walletverdict.com/data-deletion.
