These Terms govern access to WalletVerdict. By using the website, API, Telegram bot, WhatsApp bot, reports, or operations tools, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
WalletVerdict provides wallet-risk decision support for stablecoin and settlement operations. It helps operators review wallet addresses, transaction hashes, source signals, watchlists, and evidence records.
WalletVerdict is not a bank, money transmitter, broker, exchange, law firm, or compliance consultant. Outputs are informational decision support and are not financial, legal, investment, sanctions, or compliance advice.
WalletVerdict is not insurance, a guarantee of funds recovery, or an automated approval system. A result must be reviewed by a qualified human operator before you accept, release, freeze, reject, or report funds.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your own transaction decisions, legal obligations, customer due diligence, sanctions screening obligations, and operational approvals.
You may not use WalletVerdict to violate law, abuse upstream services, reverse engineer access controls, overload the service, share secrets, or submit data you are not authorized to process.
Availability and accuracy
Blockchain data, third-party data, risk signals, labels, and reports may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or wrong. Source health and confidence indicators are part of the product and should be reviewed before relying on a result.
The service may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features, especially where required for security, provider limits, legal requirements, or operational stability.
Coverage is limited to the chains, assets, data sources, and hop-depths shown in the report and source-health views. A clean or approved result means no covered risk signal was found; it does not mean the wallet, transaction, counterparty, or funds are safe, lawful, recoverable, insured, or free of undiscovered risk.
You are responsible for maintaining your own compliance program, deciding when enhanced due diligence is required, and escalating REVIEW or incomplete-source results to human review before transacting.
Accounts, billing, and credentials
You are responsible for users, team roles, API keys, webhooks, embeds, bot access, billing information, and all activity under your account or workspace.
Keep credentials and webhook secrets confidential. Notify us if you believe your account, bot, API key, or webhook secret has been compromised.
Disclaimers and liability
WalletVerdict is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletVerdict will not be liable for lost profits, lost funds, lost data, business interruption, transaction decisions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
